Sorry to skip around. But I found a travel blog site that has a photo gallery, easier to manage photos and available to public so I have gone there. Thanks!

Yet another post before going
Well I've made my lists, now I just need to check them twice.
Two more days and I'll be flying! I'm hoping the 747-400 has the 'magic' system with screens on the backs of the seats. It's harder to watch the giant screen type. JLA seems to have pretty good service it looks like and even older model planes look like they do well. So I'm hopeful. I don't like the 3 seats on side set up but I'll live through it if I have the screen on the back of the seat. I like the nice comfy window seat.. Anyways confirmed my tickets. It's too bad that one flight ( 25hrs ) isn't the only one that day, I almost got a free hotel with it! :) Anyways no fees, it got included in my ticket so I'm happy!! Woot!

Tickets CONFIRMED
They're here!!
I recieved my e-tickets today at 12:47PM. I was like "YES." They had called just before that to see if I wanted a shorter layover in Japan. I said no of course.. but after doing some research, I wonder if I should of said yes. Unlike Korea where it might be a few bucks at the most for the train.. Japan is like $30 a pop. That's $60 round trip. I hope my aunty helps me with some money or I might be in a bad position. I do recommend TrainRoutFinder . Awsomely it plans out several routes possible to your destinations and what trains you need to take as well how much it costs total with the break down of each leg of the journey! Anyways I also am trying to find out whether I will have to pay a fee for staying in Japan 25 hrs. I hope not... Eeek! It's said it's usually included in taxes of the ticket.. But I'm not sure if it is in my case since it's a layover. I'm calling tomorrow to confirm reservations with the airlines and to see if I do need to pay a fee.
So to add on my review of airlineconsolidator.com, I made my reservation online on Saturday. I got another call to confirm if I wanted a better layover time and then my tickets were issued on Monday. It was very lucky because I didn't expect anything on Sunday ( closed) and wasn't sure if anything would be stirring on a holiday today. So far, pretty good. I'm pretty satisfied. And I sorta like my unusual ticket even if I may be sitting in the airport and sleeping there or something >.< eek.
Only 2 more days to go and I don't even feel remotely ready!

Tickets on their way!
Another needed review!
I used airlineconsolidator.com to get my tickets due to the optimal times of getting to Korea and cheap cheap price. Unfortunately all prices drove up during memorial day weekend. I hear Skyauction is good, but unfortunately you aren't sure if your dates will be available. Anyways I heard only good things about airlineconsolidator.com, but there were very few reviews. I will review their progress as well in this blog. So far, I got reservations easily from their system and recieved two emails ( not in succession, one after reservation and then the other a few hours later). I talked to them on the phone and they reconfirmed that I realized how long the Japan layovers were.. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I would spend what would be almost two days in Japan, once on the way to Korea and then on the way back. My mom hasn't gotten a hold of my aunt but she heard that my aunt went somewhere for the weekend or something. I'll just make sure to hang onto about $30 for a hostel in case! Either way I will finally actually see Japan outside of the airport! Woot.
Also the money finally gotten taken out of the bank so I think I will get the tickets very soon! A review I read said they don't take on the money till they actually get tickets for you and so far it's looking to be true, because the money stayed in till this evening! Hurray it looks like I'm really going! Three days and counting! Ugh I gotta get homework done!

Days before it's Time
Now starts the excitement, almost like you could hear the revving of engines for the big race.
In exactly three days after today I will be exiting the United States. I have been lucky this past year or so. I thought I wouldn't be traveling any time soon in the years to come till I was more successful. At this time it's mostly survival. I hope it will change but the recession is a bear to behold. Otherwise in better news I go again! That's twice within a year of each other. It makes me long to see different and new places. I will definitely always miss the warm Arizona sunsets and rusty autumns of cool evenings & open windows. I think I have plenty of time later on to rest though huh? My Trip will straddle May and June. It'll be humid, warm, and I've heard a bit rainy. I don't really have shorts so I may be hot!
Packing Lists are very useful.
I've started some, I hope I don't miss anything! I am considering taking 3 bags. 1 backpack, 2 suitcases ( small carryon size and a large one). Last time I bought a lovely blanket and had to buy the large suitcase to make things work out so I could bring the blanket home. I'm considering whether I should pack the small one empty in the big one or pack the small one and put it in the big one, or send the big one and small one normally, but with the big one empty?
Also since I'm visiting an aunt in Korea if my tickets work out, I want to put bare essentials in my backpack to go visit her for a daytrip in Japan. 18hr layover and then a 26hr layover? On departure and return. I'm also trying to take a barbie doll to my niece so I'll be putting that in there with stuff ( the suitcases).
Anything else I need?
Finally anything else I need to consider? Not sure.. I am relearning common phrases and customs for both Japan and Korea. Also routing of trains ( will try to print some stuff out)! Will get together numbers and email addresses for my teachers. Yes I'm still going to school during this.. heh. I'm crazy but I totally couldn't fail or pass up an opportunity to go to Korea!
I will post photos of my trip over course. I'm too excited. I gotta watch out making people tired of it cause I talk about it too much!!
